SamsungConnected Living
As creative lead, I helped conceive, write, and produce a modular video series showing how Samsung’s connected devices seamlessly work together — 12 videos, shot remotely during the early pandemic in just five days.

All in this together
The whole program in a single film.
12 videos, 5 days, 14 time zones apart
When the pandemic hit, our original plans for a New York production flew right out the door. We ended up collaborating with a production team in Seoul, navigating extreme timelines, opposite time zones, and a serious language gap. The entire shoot happened over five days in a studio outside of Seoul, with our US team glued to a live monitor feed giving real-time feedback at some very unreasonable hours.
We built the whole set to be modular — movable walls and platforms that could be rearranged between shots for fast scene transitions. My focus was on the scripts, casting direction, and making sure the styling, hair, and makeup told the right story — warm, aspirational, and human. The goal was to make smart-home tech feel like something you’d actually want in your life, not a product demo.

Create your own connected life with a network of devices that simply work together.
Mini-stories that work in any language
Each of the twelve videos follows a different scenario where Samsung’s connected devices make life a little easier — scary-movie night, game day, a dinner party. And because the series ran in 57 markets worldwide, every story had to land without a single word of dialogue — pure visual storytelling that reads the same in any language.
Make smart-home tech feel like something you’d actually want in your life.

Creative lead, from script to set
I helped conceive and write the series, drove casting and styling direction — warm, aspirational, human — and gave real-time creative feedback from New York while the cameras rolled in Seoul.
A global series that traveled
Twelve films, one modular world, built to cross languages and markets — proof that smart-home tech could feel warm and human instead of like a product demo, delivered on an impossible pandemic timeline.
The dinner hero
A dinner party rescued by a kitchen that thinks ahead.
